What type of parking do you offer?
We offer outdoor uncovered boat, jet ski, camper, RV, truck, industrial and commercial vehicle parking & storage.
What security features do you offer?
We screen all prospective tenants backgrounds prior to leasing any space here. We also have 24-hour video surveillance with LPR enhancements, coded/app gate entry and full perimeter security fencing.

How often will my monthly rent price change?
The benefits of leasing with us is that we are family owned and operated. Unlike many of our competitors who are public companies, we don't do "monthly pricing". Our lease terms are month to month; however, our pricing is adjusted only 1x per calendar year and we provide you with plenty of advance notice of any changes in lease prices and/or terms. We do our best to keep our prices competitive with our local marketplace and trends.

Can I stay overnight or live in my boat/camper/RV here?
No. Under no circumstance whatsoever can you stay overnight or live at our facility. Doing so will result in police being called and immediate termination of your lease agreement in addition to full forfeiture of any pre-paid rent and/or deposits.

If I rent a "Empty boat trailer only parking space", can I ever keep my boat on the trailer?
No. EMPTY BOAT TRAILER ONLY STORAGE is exactly what it is described as. (No boat allowed on trailer whatsoever). This type of storage is for a boat/jetski trailer only and strictly prohibits you from storing a boat on the trailer at any time, regardless of circumstances. We also reserve the right to move/stack/and relocate your trailer to one of our other off-site locations.

Am I required to store long-term?
We have a 3 month MINIMUM LEASE TERM ON ALL LEASES. All leases then default to month to month thereafter.

How do I pay my storage bill?
We require that all tenants enroll in first of the month auto-pay via credit card, debit card or ACH. No other forms of payment are accepted.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID. Also, if storing a vehicle or vessel, we will need a copy of your registration and insurance.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or prohibited liquids.

How do I terminate my lease?
Very simply email us your 30 day written notice as notated in your lease. You must email the location(s) directly from which you rent your space(s). For this location (Boynton Beach) the email address is MiznerStorallBB@gmail.com.

Can I run or register my business out of Mizner Storall?
Our lease strictly prohibits you from using our address as your business mailing address. In addition, you can not sell any products from our location. A violation of this portion of the lease agreement will result in immediate termination of your lease agreeement.

What is the largest item(s) that you can store/park?
Our largest parking space is 10' wide x 40' long. The largest item that we can comfortably accommodate would be a maximum width of 8' and maximum length of 35'.
